**COVID-19 UPDATE- Expect shipping delays- we do NOT guarantee delivery dates. We do not guarantee shipment of 3-12 business days from purchase nor guarantee shipment of 8-15 days of purchase for international orders. Your order will be processed and delivered as soon as we can, and you can contact us if you have questions about where your order is so we can update you.**
**During Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales, orders may take up to 40 days to be delivered due to high volume of orders. Your order will be processed in the order it was received.
** PRE COVID-19- Orders being sent to the U.S usually take about 3-12 business days to reach their destination. Any international orders take about 8-15 days from the day it was shipped**
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
If an incorrect shipping address is entered by the buyer to proceed with their order, the buyer must notify us immediately of the mistake. If the item has not shipped, we can fix the wrongly entered address with the permission from the buyer. However, this can only be fixed before the shipment is sent out, once it is sent out, the mistake cannot be corrected. Therefore we are not responsible for the package itself after it has left our facility- which is stated in our shipping policy as well.
RETURN
Notify us immediately if you choose to make a return. We have a 15 day return policy, or items can not be accepted. Items must be in original condition or they will not be accepted as well.
FORGOT TO ENTER A DISCOUNT CODE?
