**During Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales, orders may take up to 40 days to be delivered due to high volume of orders. Your order will be processed in the order it was received.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
If an incorrect shipping address is entered by the buyer to proceed with their order, the buyer must notify us immediately of the mistake. If the item has not shipped, we can fix the wrongly entered address with the permission from the buyer. However, this can only be fixed before the shipment is sent out, once it is sent out, the mistake cannot be corrected. Therefore we are not responsible for the package itself after it has left our facility- which is stated in our shipping policy as well.
Notify us immediately if you choose to make a return. We have a 15 day return policy, or items can not be accepted. Items must be in original condition or they will not be accepted as well.
